Craig Rivett is a South Australian entrepreneur, social-impact and business leader who has built and scaled national teams servicing veterans and people with disability since 2014. Holding a Masters in Business (MBA), as well as formal Company Director certifications, his almost 2 decades of experience as a Director, CEO, Board Member, University, State and Federal Government Advisor, delivers essential expertise to SilentFoundry's products and clients.
Craig Rivett is a founder who pairs technical rehabilitation expertise with a strong dose of business acumen. In 2014 he launched Helping Heroes Rehabilitation Services after seeing, first-hand as a service provider and manager, the gap facing veterans forced to leave the Australian Defence Force through injury. He went on to found Community Assist, helping people with disability navigate the NDIS through support, assessment, and therapy. Today both businesses are leading national providers, holding and maintaining state and federal government contracts, employing over 50 staff and servicing close to 1000 clients.
His impact reaches beyond his own businesses. Craig has worked with RSL SA and the SA Government Veteran Health Advisory Council, and has helped shape policy on Department of Veterans' Affairs rehabilitation entitlements for over 5 years as an Advisor. He has worked as a contracted Business Expert in the Adelaide University Business Schools' Thinklab and, in 2021, he received the Community Corporate 40 Under 40 Social Impact Award for driving social innovation through a for-profit social enterprise.
